E-mail InformationAccording to new federal rules that went into effect December 1, 2006, schools, businesses, and other organizations are required to keep tabs on all e-mail, instant messages (IMs), and other digital communications produced by their employees. These rules have been approved by the U.S. Supreme Court. Any communication hosted by state servers/computers are considered public record under the Public Information Act (PIA), the law guaranteeing citizens access to public records by government agencies. E-mail Attachments
It can be a challenge to send large e-mail attachments, especially when many e-mail accounts are limited to only 5 MB. Some Web sites will allow you to easily upload files and then send a link to the recipient, who can then download the file.
This Web site can help you solve the problem.
